ZAYMAX is designed to work without an account and without developer-operated servers. Personal app data is generally processed and stored locally on your iPhone.

Depending on how you use ZAYMAX, the app may locally store workouts, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, active and completed sessions, duration, history, progress, skipped exercises, personal bests, perceived effort, diary entries, notes, selected training days, language, weight unit and rest-time settings.
Optional weight, height and date-of-birth information is used locally to calculate and display BMI, age and an in-app birthday greeting. These fields can be skipped, changed or deleted. BMI information is a general guide only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
The developer does not receive this information. Depending on your own iCloud or device-backup settings, iOS may process local app data as part of an Apple device backup under Apple’s terms.
After your explicit permission, the Steps feature reads only step-count data from Apple Health through HealthKit to display daily and weekly totals.
Health access is optional and can be changed or revoked in the Health app or iOS privacy settings. Core workout, history and diary features remain available without Health access. Apple processes Health data as part of its own system services and under its own privacy terms.
When you select a note for the Lock Screen, the necessary note text and identifier are stored locally in a shared iOS App Group so that the ZAYMAX app and its widget extension can display the same selected note. ZAYMAX does not upload this content.
If you enable an optional local reminder notification, the selected note may be visible on the Lock Screen or in Notification Center according to your iOS preview settings. Notifications are scheduled locally through iOS; ZAYMAX does not send remote pushes. You can change or disable them under iOS Settings → Notifications → ZAYMAX and remove the Lock Screen selection in ZAYMAX. Anyone with access to your Lock Screen may be able to read visible text.
ZAYMAX creates a JSON backup only when you explicitly request one in Settings and then opens the iOS share sheet. You choose whether and where to save or share it. ZAYMAX does not upload the backup automatically, and the developer does not receive a copy.
The JSON backup is not encrypted and may contain personal workout, diary, profile and settings data. Keep it secure and share it only with trusted destinations.
Restoring data requires you to select a ZAYMAX JSON file. The file is read locally and restoring may replace current local ZAYMAX data.
After a workout, ZAYMAX can generate a summary image locally. It leaves the device only when you use the share function and choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. Services such as Instagram, WhatsApp, iCloud Drive or other selected destinations process the shared content under their own privacy terms.
ZAYMAX uses no analytics, tracking, advertising networks or advertising profiles. Health and fitness data is never used for advertising or marketing. The app currently offers no in-app purchases or paid subscriptions.
Depending on the features you choose, ZAYMAX may request optional read access to Apple Health step counts, notification permission for local reminders, or system file/share access after your action. ZAYMAX does not require location, contacts, camera or microphone access and does not independently access your photo library.
The developer does not receive locally processed app or Health data and therefore does not disclose it to third parties. No analytics, advertising or tracking providers are integrated. A destination you explicitly select in the iOS share sheet processes the shared file or image under its own terms.
If you contact support by email, the information you voluntarily provide and technical email data are processed by the email provider and used only to handle your request. They are deleted when no longer required unless legal retention obligations apply. Please do not send sensitive health data or complete backup files unless strictly necessary.
Local data remains until you delete individual content, use Settings → Delete all local data, or uninstall the app. Files or images already saved outside ZAYMAX are not removed automatically. Because there is no account or ZAYMAX server copy, the developer cannot restore or remotely delete local data. Create a backup before deleting or reinstalling ZAYMAX if you want to keep your data.
You can revoke optional permissions in iOS and delete local content in the app. As the developer does not maintain accounts or server copies of the described data, there is generally no corresponding server-held app data to access, correct or delete.
This public privacy and support website is hosted through GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. When you visit it, GitHub may process technical access information such as IP address, time, browser and device information in server logs. This website itself uses no analytics or advertising scripts. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
This policy may be updated when ZAYMAX features or data practices change. The current version will be published on this page.
